The complaint was submitted in 2018 by UNCG- Ukrainian Nature Conservation Group concerning military trainings within the Emerald Network site “Black Sea Biosphere Reserve”, which is, according to the complainant, taking place within the most valuable and protected part of the Emerald territory.
