This complaint was submitted in 2018 by Vidrodzhennya on the cultivation of the Tarutino Steppe, an Emerald Network site, situated in Besarabia, in the western part of the Odesa region, Ukraine. According to the complainant, the Ministry of Defense is renting out the land to surrounding farms.
