3. Les procédures de PMA sont-elles prises en charge par le système de sécurité sociale ? Oui. La réglementation hongroise considère l’infertilité comme un état pathologique touchant les familles ou même les femmes célibataires ayant un désir d’enfant. Au plan légal, la PMA est traitée comme toute autre pathologie (Loi et décret 49/1997 du ministre des Affaires sociales sur le financement des interventions médicales contre l’infertilité par le système de sécurité sociale).
4. Cette prise en charge est-elle soumise à des critères particuliers (par exemple, infertilité, limite d’âge) ? Oui. L’infertilité est la condition de prise en charge de la PMA. L’âge ne peut être pris en considération que pour ce qui est de l’état pathologique à l’origine de l’infertilité.
Le décret 49/1997 précise les conditions à appliquer.
5. Le nombre de procédures de PMA prises en charge est-il limité (par exemple, uniquement trois tentatives de FIV) ? Oui. Un maximum de cinq interventions aboutissant à l’implantation de l’embryon sont prises en charge pour un même patient.
