7. Des mesures de compensation sont-elles prévues pour de tels dons ? Oui. La Commission nationale pour la procréation assistée a approuvé en 1998 le montant de 600 euros à titre de compensation des dépenses et de dédommagement du donneur pour les désagréments occasionnés. Certains centres de soins privés versent actuellement la somme de 1000 euros.
8. Des critères spécifiques sont-ils définis pour effectuer un don de sperme Oui ? d’ovocyte Oui ? d’embryon Oui ?
- Donneur : Le donneur doit être adulte (18 ans au moins) et juridiquement capable. Le donneur de sperme doit avoir moins de 50 ans. La donneuse d’ovocyte ne doit pas avoir plus de 35 ans.
- Pas de but lucratif ou commercial.
- Bonne santé physique et mentale et absence de maladie génétique, héréditaire ou de maladie infectieuse transmissible à la descendance.
- Contrat écrit.
9. Existe-t-il des critères non médicaux spécifiques pour la sélection des gamètes/de l’embryon devant être utilisé(s) pour une procédure de PMA? Oui. Correspondance physique et compatibilité immunologique du donneur et du/des futur(s) parent(s).
10. Des mesures particulières sont-elles prises pour prévenir le risque de consanguinité ? Oui. Aucun donneur ne peut être parent de plus de six enfants. Ce chiffre est contrôlé au moyen du Registre national des donneurs et des banques des centres de procréation assistée. 11. Dans un couple homosexuel, un lien juridique est-il possible entre un enfant et le/la partenaire de son parent légal ? Non.
