3. Les procédures de PMA sont-elles prises en charge par le système de sécurité sociale ? Oui. Lorsque cela est autorisé par la loi : infertilité, visées thérapeutiques ou préventives.
4. Cette prise en charge est-elle soumise à des critères particuliers (par exemple, infertilité, limite d’âge) ? Oui.
La procréation médicalement assistée (PMA) est appliquée dans le système national de santé aux personnes qui remplissent les critères suivants :
- Femmes entre 18 et 40 ans et hommes entre 18 et 55 ans au début du bilan de l’infertilité.
- Personnes n’ayant aucun enfant en bonne santé. Dans le cas de couples, aucun enfant commun en bonne santé.
- La femme ne présente aucune pathologie qui fait que la grossesse est susceptible de présenter un risque grave et non contrôlable pour sa santé et celle de son éventuel futur enfant.
5. Le nombre de procédures de PMA prises en charge est-il limité (par exemple, uniquement trois tentatives de FIV) ? Oui.
La prise en charge financière est limitée à :
- trois procédures de FIV,
- quatre cycles maximum d’insémination artificielle avec sperme du conjoint,
- six cycles maximum d’insémination artificielle avec don de sperme.
