a. Infertilité

Voir article 3 de la Loi n° 55/1996 (une fécondation artificielle ne peut être effectuée que si a) la femme faisant l’objet de la procédure vit dans une relation stable avec un homme depuis au moins trois ans, qu’ils soient mariés ou non ; ils doivent tous deux avoir donné leur consentement écrit en présence de témoins.
b) l’âge du couple peut être considéré comme naturel, notamment pour le bien-être de l’enfant à mesure qu’il grandira.
c) la santé mentale et physique et la situation sociale du couple sont bonnes, et
d) les autres procédures pour lutter contre l’infertilité ont échoué ou ne peuvent être utilisées)
