3. Les procédures de PMA sont-elles prises en charge par le système de sécurité sociale ?
Le désir d’enfant non réalisé n’est pas considéré comme une maladie.
Un fonds a été mis en place pour couvrir 70 % des coûts liés à la FIV et aux traitements, sous certaines conditions.
4. Cette prise en charge est-elle soumise à des critères particuliers (par exemple, infertilité, limite d’âge) ?

Les critères particuliers pour la prise en charge sont les suivants :
- stérilité de l’homme et/ou de la femme (obstruction tubaire, endométriose, syndrome des ovaires polykystiques (SOPK).
- âge de la mère jusqu’à 40 ans, âge du partenaire jusqu’à 50 ans.
5. Le nombre de procédures de PMA prises en charge est-il limité (par exemple, uniquement trois tentatives de FIV) ? La limite est fixée à quatre procédures de FIV, mais si une grossesse se produit, il est possible de bénéficier à nouveau de quatre procédures de FIV.
