A Conference on Public Ethics was organised in Tallinn to launch a new project on corruption risk assessment at local level.
The project is implemented by Transparency International Estonia in cooperation with the CoE Centre of Expertise for Good Governance and the Estonian Ministry of Justice. Representatives of the Ministry, Criminal Police, Prosecutor General, Auditor General, and local authorities discussed the various tools available to help prevent corruption, raise awareness of public ethics and good governance.
The project will be implemented through 2019 and will focus on capacity building according to the Public Ethics toolkit of the Centre of Expertise.
