The ELoGE ceremony will be held to deliver the European Label of Governance Excellence to the Basque municipalities which were able to demonstrate compliance with the 12 Principles of Good Democratic Governance.

The evaluations, benchmarking, and surveys according to the ELoGE Benchmark were organised by EUDEL – Association of the Basque local authorities, with support of the Centre of Expertise, for the second time in 2018. This year, the first labels were also awarded in Poland and Greece.
