The Council of Europe is currently implementing the joint European Union – Council of Europe project “Implementing the Barnahus Model in Croatia”. This Project is implemented by the Council of Europe's Children's Rights Division in close co-operation with the Croatian Ministry of Justice, Public Administration and Digital Transformation and the European Commission’s Directorate General for Structural Reform Support (EC/DG REFORM) during the period 1 September 2023 to 28 February 2026.
The general objective of the project is to support Croatia in its efforts to design, develop and implement reforms in the field of child-friendly justice and protection of children’s rights.
The project has three main outputs:
1. Legal, policy and institutional framework is established for the sustainable operation of Barnahus model in Croatia;
2. Enhanced knowledge and capacities of professionals working with and for children to respond to child sexual abuse;
3. Awareness of professionals and the wider public on the situation of child sexual abuse in Croatia is enhanced.
In that context, it is looking for 3 Providers for each lot (see below) for the provision of event management services in Croatia in the framework of the project ‘’Implementing the Barnahus Model in Croatia’’ to be requested by the Council of Europe on an as needed basis for the Lots as below:
• Lot 1: Transport services / transfer
• Lot 2: Accommodation: Board and lodging
• Lot 3: Meeting room package
• Lot 4: Catering
• Lot 5: Printing and visibility services
