As a follow-up to a scoping mission carried out in October 2016, a workshop on applying lean management principles to the working methods of the Tunisian Anti-Corruption Authority (INLUCC) took place in Tunis on 20-21 January 2017.

The workshop allowed to present to INLUCC staff the recommendations formulated bv a CoE expert to streamline and optimise INLUCC working processes and team management practices. Senior and junior staff were involved in a series of practical cases and group exercises to jointly identify and address the challenges faced by the Anti-Corruption Authority in fulfilling its missions.  In addition to putting forward recommendations and proposals for increasing the efficiency of INLUCC, the workshop contributed to creating positive team dynamics among INLUCC staff.
