On 11 December 2018, the EU/Council of Europe Joint Project against Economic Crime (PECK II) organised a public event with high school students to mark the International Anti-corruption Day. The speakers including the EU Ambassador, Ambassadors of Netherlands and Italy, Minister of Education, Science and Technology and Director of Anti-corruption Agency who had an exchange with students about the role of the young generation in promoting ethical values and preventing corruption. They also reiterated the perils of corruption starting from the early steps of education.
Students engaged in discussion with enthusiasm on ways how to build an ethical learning environment in their schools. The event was widely covered by local media.
