The Steering Committee meeting bring together representatives from all counterpart institutions, the USAID and the Council of Europe. The purpose of the meeting was to assess the project's achievements during the last six months, to update the workplan in accordance with the project needs, define current priorities of the beneficiaries and to agree the timetable of activities to be held by the end of project implementation in September 2009
