On 29 September, the CLEP Project held the first steering committee meeting, chaired jointly by the Council of Europe and the EU Delegation. The meeting discussed and approved the Terms of Reference of the Steering Committee and responsibilities of the members. Robust discussion on the content of the Project Workplan took place among the participants, aimed at fine-tuning some of their activities and their timing. The work plan was approved with the understanding that flexibility of implementation would be ensured as necessary.
