CLEP-Moldova Project trains local public officials on identifying and solving conflict of interest
The CLEP project, in collaboration with the National Integrity Authority, carried out a training focused on conflict of interest for managers of public institutions. The CoE expert presented the Moldovan legal framework concerning conflict of interest and introduced the solutions foreseen in the legislation. Examples and different situations, especially related to local public administrations, were described and explained in group exercises. Seventeen participants (9 men and 8 women), representing public administrations, education institutions and healthcare facilities from Drochia, Falesti, Floresti, Singerei, Glodeni and Riscani took part in the event.
