« Le potentiel des Itinéraires Culturels pour l'Azerbaïdjan »

La Formation fournit un aperçu des principales caractéristiques du programme des Itinéraires Culturels du Conseil de l'Europe, servant de référence essentielle pour les gestionnaires, les développeurs, les parties prenantes et les représentants des Etats membres intéressés par la mise en œuvre des Itinéraires Culturels.
Elle aborde des aspects allant des conventions du Conseil de l’Europe à la co-création, la collecte de fonds, la gouvernance et le marketing des Itinéraires Culturels.
La Formation se compose 4 modules dans le but de :
- explorer le processus de création d'un Itinéraire Culturel selon les critères établis par le programme des Itinéraires Culturels du Conseil de l'Europe ;
- se concentrer sur le cycle d'évaluation des Itinéraires Culturels, les critères d'attribution de la certification « Itinéraires culturels du Conseil de l'Europe » et la préparation des demandes de certification ;
- explorer les principes clés de la connectivité transnationale, de la gouvernance des réseaux et de la coopération au sein des Itinéraires Culturels et entre eux ;
- présenter des exemples de cas réussis et de bonnes pratiques mises en œuvre par les Itinéraires Culturels certifiés en ce qui concerne les cinq domaines d'action prioritaires ;
- discuter des stratégies de marketing et communication pour les Itinéraires Culturels en rapport avec les meilleures pratiques ;
- présenter des exemples de meilleures pratiques nationales pour l'Azerbaïdjan.
La réunion est organisée par le Ministère de la Culture de la République d'Azerbaïdjan.
