Andrei Enachi has been employed by the Council of Europe's Cybercrime Programme Office (C-PROC), within the Directorate General of Human Rights and Rule of Law, since 2022.
He previously worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Republic of Moldova for 9 years as a diplomat.
With a Ph.D. in Political Science, he is also a researcher whose primary areas of interest are foreign and security policy, cyber policy and digital diplomacy.
