Cosmina MENGHES has been a Senior Project Officer with the Council of Europe’s Cybercrime Programme Office since 2018, supporting the various Global Action against Cybercrime projects. Prior to this, she was a Political Analyst/ Deputy with the European Commission Representation in Romania. From 2010 to 2013 she worked as a Disaster Responder with the American Red Cross Greater New York Region, while pursuing her research at the United Nations Archives on peacekeeping operations.
Cosmina Menghes holds master’s degrees in political science – international relations (University of Notre Dame du Lac, USA), criminal justice (University of Illinois at Chicago, USA), and political sociology (Lancaster University, UK & Central European University, PL), following a BA in Business Administration from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies.
