Matthew is a Deputy Public Prosecutor & State Counsel in the Crime Division of the Attorney-General’s Chambers, Republic of Singapore. He is a member of the Technology Crime Trask Force, a team comprising specialist prosecutors who handle technology-related crime. He is also a co-contributor of a chapter on criminal law and procedure in Law and Technology in Singapore.
