Javier GOMEZ PRIETO is programme manager of the Global Action on Cybercrime Enhanced (GLACY-e). As part of his tasks, Javier is responsible for ensuring effective implementation of the project and conduct assessments of results achieved and their impact. Before joining the Council of Europe, Javier was cybersecurity policy expert at the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA) where he carried out activities related to the development and implementation of EU cybersecurity policy.
Javier holds a PhD on Fuel Cell Technologies and masters’ degrees on International Cooperation and European Interdisciplinary Studies.
