Robert Golobinek, Msc is ex criminal investigator, ex diplomat and now a lawyer at the Directorate for Criminal law and Human rights, Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Slovenia. He is also head of Project group for the coordination of the execution of ECtHR judgments. He is actively involved in international activities, related to the implementation of the parallel financial investigation in the context of cybercrime investigation. He participated in the development of the training material and delivery of training in the C-PROC, iPROCEEDS and iPROCEEDS-2 projects.
