Le projet CyberCrime@EAP III est mise en œuvre dans le Cadre de la Coopération Programmatique de l'Union Européenne et du Conseil de l'Europe pour les pays du Partenariat Oriental.

Pays participants: l'Arménie, l'Azerbaïdjan, le Biélorussie, la Géorgie, la Moldavie et l'Ukraine.

Le projet vise à améliorer la coopération entre les autorités responsables de la justice pénale et les fournisseurs de services dans des enquêtes criminelles spécifiques en appliquant les garanties nécessaires de l’état de droit.
