Les 15 et 16 avril 2010, des représentants des Etats parties à la Convention culturelle européenne, des décideurs, des professionnels de l’éducation, des institutions internationales et des représentants de la société civile se sont réunis pour dresser un bilan des résultats obtenus et lancer des activités de coopération futures dans le domaine de l’éducation à la citoyenneté démocratique et aux droits de l’homme (2010-2014).

Cette conférence était organisée au Conseil de l’Europe à Strasbourg sous la présidence suisse du Comité des Ministres. Ce débat était également l’occasion de contribuer à la préparation de la 23ème session de la conférence permanente des ministres de l’éducation (Slovénie, 4-5 juin 2010).
