Une étude sur "la mise en œuvre des normes européennes et internationales sur l'éducation aux médias et à l'information dans diverses institutions nationales" a été élaborée pour contribuer à sensibiliser les parties prenantes des médias et de l'information (MIL) en Bosnie-Herzégovine, sur les meilleures pratiques dans les États membres du Conseil de l'Europe pour mettre en œuvre les normes MIL. L'étude propose des pistes potentielles (basées sur les normes internationales et européennes, et les contextes spécifiques à chaque pays) pour l'établissement d'une infrastructure MIL fonctionnelle en Bosnie-Herzégovine.
Cette étude a été réalisée avec le soutien du Conseil de l'Europe et de son action Media and information literacy : for human rights and more democracy (MIL), dans le cadre du Plan d'action du Conseil de l'Europe pour la Bosnie-Herzégovine 2018-2021. Le financement au niveau du plan d'action est assuré par le Luxembourg et la Norvège.
