About Elizabeth

Elizabeth Kasa-Mälksoo has over 25 years of dedicated experience in designing and delivering training courses on democracy, human rights, participation and intercultural learning for a variety of professionals in education as well as young people, in most countries in Europe and also in Asia. She works as trainer in the Council of Europe's trainers pool at the Youth Department since 2000. She is currently the director of the Master's programme in International Law and Human Rights at the School of Law in the University of Tartu (Estonia), where she also teaches a course on Human Rights Education.
