Plans d'action nationaux
Les plans d'action nationaux (PAN) constituent un processus important pour aider les États à mettre en œuvre les principes directeurs des Nations Unies. À cette fin, le Comité des ministres du Conseil de l'Europe a appelé les États à élaborer des PAN dans la Déclaration de 2014 et dans la Recommandation (2016) 3.
- Les plans d'action nationaux publiés par les Etats membres du Conseil de l'Europe figurent ci-dessous, avec un bref résumé de leurs caractéristiques essentielles.
