The Council of Europe is currently launching an invitation to tender with a view to create a pool of consultants for the provision of consultancy in the field of execution of the ECtHR judgements and national implementation of the ECHR. The call is organised under the multilateral Project “Support to efficient domestic capacity for the execution of ECtHR judgments (Phase 1)”.
