On 7-10 May, next steps were made in implementing the Action Plan on re-organisation of the offices of the Attorney General and State Advocate aimed at enhancing Malta's justice system.

Working groups within the Office of the State Advocate were organised, aimed at refining processes for greater efficiency and improving the effectiveness of legal processes.

Additionally, various discussions took place with the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) staff and stakeholders regarding the development of Case Management Systems (CMSs) with focus on their functionality and interoperability.

Furthermore, discussions extended to various components of the project, covering communication, training, and capacity building. These efforts collectively demonstrate the commitment of both Offices and Ministry for Justice and Reform to strengthening rule of law mechanisms and fostering a more resilient legal landscape in Malta.
