Within the framework of the European Union and Council of Europe joint programme “Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Türkiye”, the Council of Europe is currently implementing the action “Combating discrimination and hatred in Kosovo*”.

In this context, it is looking for providers for the provision of communication and visibility services as part of the implementation of the action activities, to be requested by the Council on an as needed basis.
