If you have expertise in the field of Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity or Expression and Sex Characteristics (SOGIESC), we are happy to announce that the Council of Europe is looking for consultants to support its projects that address human rights challenges faced by LGBTI persons and promote equality, in line with CoE standards, including the Recommendation CM/Rec(2010)5 of the Council of Europe’s Committee of Ministers to member states on measures to combat discrimination on grounds of sexual orientation or gender identity.
The call for tenders is divided in 3 lots:
i. legislative and policy development/reviews,
ii. capacity building
iii. raising awareness and communication.
Providers may apply to one, several or all lots.
