Under the authority of the Head of Office, and the supervision of the Head of Unit, Co-operation and External Relations Division of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe, the Senior Project Officer will carry out multiple assignments to help meet the overall and specific objectives of the project “Strengthening participatory democracy and human rights at local level in Georgia”, in co-operation with beneficiaries, partners, donors and other stakeholders, in compliance with the Organisation’s regulations and/or donor requirements.

Employment is limited to the duration of the Project that is expected to end on 31 December 2023.
