Changing money

It is not possible to change money at Reception. When changing money at an exchange office, please verify the exchange and commission rates first.
It is illegal to change money in the street.
 

Check out / Departure

On the day of your departure, please vacate your room by 10am and do not forget to leave your key card at Reception. Your key card expires at this
time.
 

Club room

There is a fully equipped disco in the basement. It is available on request and can be booked in advance.
The club is equipped with:

• self-managed and self-service bar
• DJ desk with a user guide
• coffee tables and chairs
• table soccer
• big beanbags
• ceiling projector and screen; sound system.

You are kindly asked to use all equipment in a responsible manner. After 10pm, noise and music must be kept at a low level out of consideration for our neighbours and other EYCB guests. To contain the sound, keep the windows closed. Security and reception staff are instructed to inform guests about unacceptable noise levels.

Computer room

The computer room is located on the ground floor and equipped with 2 computers.
The computers run Windows and the full Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point).
All computers have webcams and they are connected to a printer and scanner.
 

Copying

A photocopier for EYCB participants to use is located on the 4th floor. After switching on the machine, you must type in a code to begin copying. Each group has an assigned code for copy charges.
