Az európai himnusz
1972 óta az európai himnusz a Beethoven Kilencedik szimfóniájában hallható Örömóda prelűdjének egy részlete.
Az Európa Tanács az európai himnusz különféle értelmezéseiről felvételeket ad közre a szakemberek és a széles nyilvánosság számára. Ezek a felvételek részletek a Christophe Guyard francia zeneszerző "Rhapsodie sur l'Hymne Européen" című művéből. Az Európa Tanács megbízásából készültek azzal a céllal, hogy felhasználják őket dokumentumfilmekben, hírekben és más, az Európa Tanáccsal foglalkozó programokban.
A "Rhapsodie sur l'Hymne Européen" jogvédett mű. Nem jogdíjmentes, mivel a Sacem (Franciaország) a bejegyzett jogosultja. A zeneszerző Christopher Guyard.
