Submissions from States, applicants, NGOs and NHRIs
This section provides information submitted by member states (Rule 8.2), indicating the measures taken or envisaged in view of complying with the Court’s judgments in individual or groups of cases. It also provides information submitted by the applicants or their representatives (Rule 9.1) with regard to individual measures or payment of just satisfaction, as well as information communicated by non-governmental organisations and national institutions for the promotion and protection of human rights (Rule 9.2).
