The Council of Europe Projects “Further Strengthening the Probation Service in Armenia” and “Further Strengthening the Protection of the Rights of Persons Deprived of Liberty” announce a call-off for the provision of intellectual services (local consultancy) in the areas of protection of rights of persons deprived of liberty, police and prison management, healthcare service including mental health, rehabilitation and resocialisation, probation and related IT systems in Armenia to be requested by the Council on an as needed basis.
