En Lituanie, l'infertilité est considérée comme une maladie et les services de PMA sont donc pris en charge conformément à la loi sur l'assurance maladie de la République de Lituanie. L'indemnisation est accordée aux personnes qui ont contracté un mariage ou un partenariat enregistré conformément à la loi et qui ont été diagnostiquées comme étant infertiles (femmes, hommes ou les deux). L'âge limite de la femme pour l'indemnisation est de 42 ans.

5. Le nombre de procédures de PMA prises en charge est-il limité (par exemple, uniquement trois tentatives de FIV) ? Oui. Un maximum de 2 cycles de traitement par couple est remboursé.
