The 11th edition of the Training Academy on Cultural Routes will take place in Brindisi, Italy, from 4^th  to 7^th  June 2024, organised by the European Institute of the Cultural Routes (EICR) and the European Association of the Via Francigena Ways (EAVF), carrier network of the Via Francigena (certified Cultural Route of the Council of Europe since 1994), with the support of the Apulia region and the city of Brindisi, and in cooperation with the association "Brindisi e le Antiche Strade". 

The theme of the Training Academy 2024 will be "European cooperation and sustainable development”. 

Each year, a Training Academy on Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe is organized by the European Institute of Cultural Routes in close collaboration with one of the certified Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe. This event is organized for the Cultural Routes managers and partners, aiming to provide training to specific current issues in the field of cultural heritage management and tourism promotion to Cultural Routes operators.
