Pending complaints
The complaint was registered on 28 April 2022. It concerns Articles 5 (the right to organise), 23 (the right of the elderly to social protection) and E (non-discrimination) of the revised European Social Charter. FIAPA alleges that Article L1425-8 of the Public Health Code enacted by Law No. 2019-774 of 24 July 2019, which re-establishes an age limit of 71 years for candidates for an election to the board of the Order of health-care professionals, is in breach with the above-mentioned provisions of the Charter.
