The European Committee of Social Rights will hold its 308th session from 9 to 13 September 2019 in Strasbourg.
The Committee will examine the national reports for Conclusions XXI-4 (2019) of the 1961 Charter with respect to the thematic group 4 “Children, family and migrants” as regards Poland, Germany, Spain and United Kingdom and national reports for Conclusions 2019 of the Charter as regards Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan,Belgium, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Malta, Republic of Moldova, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia, Slovak Republic and Turkey.
The Committee will also discuss the follow-up to the Report of the Steering Committee for Human Rights (CDDH) identifying good practices and making proposals with a view to improving the implementation of social rights in Europe.
The Committee will also consider several pending collective complaints and will take stock of the situation related to the procedure provided for by Article 22 of the European Social Charter on “non-accepted provisions”.
