The European Social Charter Secretariat will take part in the annual seminar of the European Social Forum that will be held on 14 and 15 November in Lisbon, Portugal. Henrik Kristensen, Deputy Head of the European Social Charter Department, Council of Europe, will address the right of people to participate in the planning and implementation of social services drawing on Article 14 of the European Social Charter and the monitoring work of the European Committee of Social Rights.

The Co-Production Forum will bring together over 100 experts to share innovative practice and policy on involving people who use services in all aspects of social services.
