Pending complaints
The complaint was registered on 14 May 2018. It relates to Articles 11§1 (right to protection of health), 14§1 (right to benefit from social welfare services), 15§3 (right of persons with disabilities to autonomy, social integration and participation in the life of the community), 27§1 (right of workers with family responsibilities to equal opportunities and equal treatment), 30 (right to protection against poverty and social exclusion), 31§§1 and 3 (right to housing) and E (non-discrimination) of the Revised European Social Charter. The complainant organisations allege that the situation in France is not in conformity with the above-mentioned provisions due to the lack of effective access for persons with disabilities to an autonomous and socially included life and the resulting impact on their families.
