Processed complaints
The complaint International Federation of Associations of the Elderly (FIAPA), No. 145/2017, was registered on 13 March 2017. It relates to Articles 23 (the right of elderly persons to social protection) and E (non-discrimination) of the Revised European Social Charter. The complainant organisation alleges that French legislation on the repression of financial exploitation (abus de faiblesse) does not ensure the effective exercise of the right of the elderly to social protection in violation of the above mentioned provisions.
