Klaudiusz Ryngielewicz

Klaudiusz Ryngielewicz holds a Master's degree in Human Rights and Humanitarian Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas. He is a lawyer specialising in the European Convention on Human Rights. Senior lawyer, Head of Division, Deputy to the Registrar of the Section, member of the Russian Management Board responsible for the management of applications against Russia and currently Head of the Innovation Laboratory, he has for the last twenty-three years assumed increasingly important responsibilities in the Court's Registry. At the same time, he has developed human resources skills as a founding member of the Network of Confidential counselors and by chairing the first Commission against Harassment set up in the Council of Europe. He was, among other duties, an expert in the working group set up by the World Anti-Doping Agency to bring the World Anti-Doping Code into line with fundamental rights and participated in the EU Rule of Law initiative for Central Asia. He is the author of numerous publications on the European Convention on Human Rights.
