The aim of the visit was to examine the treatment of residents of Psycho-neurological Institutions (“Internats”) and, in this context, to assess the progress made as regards the implementation of previous CPT’s recommendations. For this purpose, the CPT's delegation visited the “Internat” in Viktorivka (Cherkasy Region) and two “Internats” in Odesa Region, in Velykorybalske and Baraboi.
