Under the Horizontal Facility for Western Balkans and Turkey III, action “Strengthening anti-trafficking action in North Macedonia”, we are publishing the public tender for the provision of consultancy services. The Council of Europe is looking for Consultants with local expertise in order to support the implementation of the project with a particular expertise in the following fields:

Lot 1: Preventing and combating trafficking in human beings for the purpose of labour exploitation |

Lot 2: Preventing and combating trafficking in children |
|
Lot 3: Investigation, prosecution and judicial proceeding related to trafficking in human beings, including legal aid and compensation |

Lot 4: Task of health professionals in preventing and combating human trafficking |

Lot 5: ICT-facilitated trafficking in human beings |
|
Lot 6: Media reporting on stories about human trafficking |
|
Lot 7: Financial investigations, freezing and forfeiture of assets in human trafficking cases |
