The CPT has published today the preliminary observations delivered by its delegation to the Armenian authorities at the end of the visit to Armenia from 12 to 22 September 2023.

The preliminary observations are published at the request of the Armenian authorities.

The report on the visit is expected to be adopted during the Committee’s forthcoming plenary meeting taking place in March in Strasbourg.
