- Description
- The Austrian Museum of Papermaking Laakirchen-Steyrermühl (est. 1997) is the largest of its kind in Europe, presenting historical and contemporary topics relating to paper production; social aspects of industrial history, environmental protection and the importance of the local Traun river are also presented. The Museum is located in the premises of the former Steyrermühl paper mill, hosting several exhibitions.
The Austrian Museum of Papermaking Laakirchen-Steyrermühl is an Anchor Point of the European Route of Industrial Heritage.
