O Hino Europeu

O Hino Europeu foi adotado pelo Conselho da Europa em 1972. É um extrato do prelúdio do “Hino à Alegria” da 9ª Sinfonia de Beethoven.

Profissionais e particulares podem ter acesso às diferentes versões do Hino Europeu. Estas gravações foram extraídas da “Rhapsodie sur l'Hymne Européen”, pelo compositor francês Christophe Guyard, a pedido do Conselho da Europa para utilização em documentários, notícias e outros programas relativos ao Conselho da Europa.

A "Rhapsodie sur l'Hymne Européen" é uma obra protegida por direitos de autor e está registada no repertório da SACEM (França). O compositor é Christophe Guyard.
