En ce qui concerne le point "c", il s'agit du cas où le couple n'utilise pas les embryons congelés restants ; le gouvernement peut alors en prendre la garde par l'intermédiaire de l'autorité créée par la loi sur la protection des embryons et les donner en adoption.
Le don de gamètes n'est possible que par un "accord confidentiel entre le donneur et le titulaire de l'autorisation".

L'autorité de protection des embryons garantit des normes élevées. En cas d'adoption d'embryons, un médecin doit déclarer que le futur parent est physiquement apte.

Le don d'embryons reste confidentiel et l'anonymat des parents biologiques est inscrit dans la loi. En outre, tous les droits parentaux et filiaux sont abandonnés. C'est-à-dire que, par exemple, l'embryon donné n'aurait aucun droit à l'héritage des parents biologiques qui ont donné l'embryon. Inversement, les premiers n'auraient aucun droit sur les seconds.
9. Existe-t-il des critères non médicaux spécifiques pour la sélection des gamètes/de l’embryon devant être utilisé(s) pour une procédure de PMA? Non
10. Des mesures particulières sont-elles prises pour prévenir le risque de consanguinité ? Oui. Il existe un registre officiel tenu par l'Autorité. L'article 4, section 3, stipule que "l'Autorité fait tous les efforts raisonnables pour apparier les futurs parents adoptifs avec les embryons qui nécessitent un placement en vue d'une adoption".
