1. Are non-profit organisations from Transnistria eligible or not?
2. Appendix III has to be completed now or at the time of signing the agreement?
3. The Appendix I – Application Form and Appendix II – Budget, has to be sent scaned and signed or it has to be signed at a later stage after the acceptance of the project proposal?

Answers

1. In order to be eligible for a grant, an applicant must:

• be legally constituted as a non-governmental organisation in the Republic of Moldova;
• be entitled to carry out the activities described in its project proposal on the territory of the Republic of Moldova;
• have been active for at least three years in the field of human rights/anti-discrimination;
• have sufficient operational and professional capacity, including staff, to carry out activities described in the project proposal;
• have a bank account.

2.  The Appendix III – Grant Agreement, was shared for information purposes only.

   The Appendix III will be completed and signed only after the decision of the award of the grant is published. There is no need to send Appendix III when submitting the application.

3. The Appendix I - Application Form and Appendix II – Provisional Budget, must be completed and signed when submitted, by the representative of the organisation which has signatory rights.
